SEX beast Martyn Frost has been handed a 25-year extended jail sentence after raping a girl and forcing another to perform a sex act on him.
The 48-year-old raped the youngster – and then ordered her to get dressed quickly when they were disturbed.
Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard both girls have been psychologically affected, with one of them trying to take her own life.
Now Frost – who was described as 'depraved' and 'dangerous' – has been handed an extended jail sentence with 17 years in custody and an extended licence period of eight years.
The court heard police went to the defendant's home after the abuse was reported.
Prosecutor Roger Brown said: "Officers seized his laptop and found more than 18,000 indecent images of children and 1,500 videos."
Frost, of London Road, Stoke, pleaded guilty to three charges of raping a child under 13; causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity; four offences of making indecent images of children; and one offence of possessing indecent images of children.
Anis Ali, mitigating, said: "He has developed an addiction, an unhealthy interest in the images he has been seeking out."
He said Frost prevented his victims from having to give evidence at court by pleading guilty.
A large amount of small children's underwear was also found at his home.
'It is impossible not to feel an overwhelming sense of revulsion'
Mr Ali added: "Any right-minded individual listening to what was experienced by these young girls must be concerned and disturbed.
"He has lost his employment, his home, and any degree of respect he may have had prior to detection."
Frost was placed on the sex offenders' register for life and barred from a range of activities involving children and vulnerable adults.
Judge Paul Glenn told Frost: "You are a depraved and dangerous man.
"Quite plainly you have a long-standing and ongoing sexual interest in children and you were prepared to put that into action.
"It is impossible not to feel an overwhelming sense of revulsion.
'You put your fantasies into practice'
"The images found on your computer are of real children being abused.
"You admitted an addiction to such material. You put your fantasies into practice.
"You meet the criteria for a dangerous offender. I regard you as a risk to any child you may come into contact with."
