THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Neyyatinkara police on Saturday arrested a 21-year-old man for kidnapping a minor girl and sexually exploiting her. The police identified the accused as Adarsh, a resident of Muttada in the city
According to the police, Adarsh kidnapped the 17 year old girl from her aunt's residence at Oorootukala near Neyyatinkara on December 9.
