CHILD PORN ADDICTION 5

A former northwestern Minnesota principal has been charged with 10 felony counts related to child pornography.

Warren Nelson Anderson, 55 of St. Vincent, was charged last week in Kittson County with 10 counts of possession of pornographic work involving minors.

According to the criminal complaint, Anderson had recently been terminated from his post as principal at the Christian Private School in St. Vincent, where he also served as a teacher. Anderson said he wasn't given a reason for the firing, but believed it had to do with personal beliefs.

Anderson told investigators on March 27 during an interview at his home he had been downloading child pornography via a network called Freenet for eight to 10 years. He said they would find hundreds of videos on a desktop computer, and he also had external hard drives containing child porn.

Anderson blamed an addiction to collecting for the reason he sought and kept the pornography, the complaint states.

The former principal told investigators he knew collecting the porn was wrong, but said "otherwise I am a goodie goodie," according to the complaint.

Anderson said he had additional pornography on zip drives in a Minneapolis storage unit. Between the storage unit and files at Anderson's St. Vincent home, investigators bookmarked 2,991 image and video files depicting mostly prepubescent females performing sexual acts mostly with adults, the complaint states. The complaint describes 10 videos on which the charges are based.

Each count leveled against Anderson carries up to five years in prison and up to a $5,000 for a first offense.

Former NW Minnesota Principal Charged with Possession of Child Porn April 13, 2017

Carver County has levied 10 new charges against a former Chanhassen principal relating to child pornography, bringing the total number of charges now to 17.

Timothy Dorway, 44, appeared in court Thursday afternoon. Each count relates to possessing porn on a work computer.

New details are revealed in the amended criminal complaint:

Dorway initially had told investigators his primary interest is pornography involving 11- to 13-year-old girls. However, the amended complaint reveals investigators found further content involving children of both genders at a much younger age.

Dorway told authorities he would access videos from Dropbox links.

Dorway also said he would watch the links and upload them into his own Dropbox account, deleting them later.

The criminal complaint lists several of the videos and describes their content.

Some of the videos show prepubescent girls performing sexual acts. Some of the girls appeared to be as young as 4, according to the amended complaint.

Other videos involved boys approximately 1- to 3 years old, and at least one video involved a dog and child, the criminal complaint states.

"The above videos make up only a small portion of the 127 child pornographic videos and images that have currently been located in the defendant's possession," the criminal complaint reads.

10 More Charges Filed Against Former Chanhassen HS Principal in Child Porn Case March 30, 2017

A pervert downloaded over 400 sick movies and photographs of children - and in some youngsters were being raped by adults.

Depraved dad-of-one Paul McIndoer (31) viewed hundreds of paedophile pictures before deleting them.
However, cops who raided the mechanic’s home were able to recover a sick catalogue of 419 abusive images from his laptop.
Appearing at Livingston Sheriff Court today, McIndoer earlier pled guilty to taking or making indecent photographs of children at his home in Manse Road, Torphichen, between 25 August and 25 September 2015.
The court heard he had three movies and over 200 images rated Class A – which showed boys and girls aged between two and 13 being brutally raped.
His vile pornography collection also included more than 100 Class B images of youngsters of both sexes aged between two and 13 being sexually abused.
In addition he had downloaded and viewed a further 153 less extreme indecent images Class B pictures of children aged between five and 13 “naked or partially clothed posing erotically”.
Defence solicitor Kate Fabian claimed all of the images had been deleted and were on what’s called “unallocated space” within the computer hard drive.
She said: “This indicates that although they were present on the laptop at one point they had been deleted by the accused. These were downloaded over a short period of time of less than a month in 2014.
“It was in a period of time in his life when he was struggling with his employment and finances and was under a considerable amount of stress. He was taking sick leave from work and eventually lost that employment.
“His mood was very low and he was suffering from depression.”
Mrs Fabian said McIndoer had a limited record with previous convictions for only speeding and breach of the peace.
She added: “He’s never been in any significant difficulty with the criminal justice system before and I’d suggest he’s shown a level of insight into his offending and his reasons for that.”
She said the accused was already cooperating with social workers and had supervised contact with his child during the day.
He’d also been assessed as suitable to take part in community group work and intervention services for sex offenders, and was fit to undertake unpaid work.
Sheriff Jamie Gilmour imposed a community payback order putting McIndoer under social work supervision for two years, along with a conduct requirement limiting contact with children under 16.
He also ordered the accused to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work in the community within nine months and told him his name would remain on the sex offenders’ register for two years.

Paedophile ogled images of child rape Apr 13 2017

A VILE Scots pervert who collected videos of kids as young as FOUR being raped has been jailed.
Martyn Ryrie, 32, had 50 clips of shocking scenes stored on two laptops at his former home.
The computers were seized when cops staged a morning raid on the Larbert property acting on information they’d been given.
Stirling Sheriff Court heard how dad-of-two Ryrie was detained, along with the mum of his young kids, who also had access to the machines.
But she was exonerated when it was found that some of the videos had been downloaded while she was away, and twisted Ryrie had even watched one of the clips while she was in hospital giving birth to their youngest child.
The couple separated after the bombshell, and she has moved away and changed the children’s names, the court was told earlier this week.
Sarah Lumsden, prosecuting, said that all but one of the videos were classified as “category A” child porn – the most serious kind involving penetrative sex acts performed on children by men.
Miss Lumsden said: “The victims shown were girls aged 10, 11, 12 and 13, but there was one four year old and one six year old.
“There’s no sadomasochism, but the rape of children is necessarily violence.
“Searches had been carried out for ‘young girls hardcore’ and ‘pre-teen incest’ and the material had been downloaded from a file-sharing site.”
The court heard Ryrie, who lost his job in the banking industry and home after he was charged, was now living in a shared flat in socially-deprived Wester Hailes, Edinburgh.
He pleaded guilty to downloading child porn at his former home in Larbert, over a five year period between March 17, 2011 and May 19, 2016, when the cops raid occurred.
Gordon Addison, defending, said Ryrie had been drawn into porn while trawling the “dark web”.
The solicitor said: “It became a habit, then an obsession.
“He was about to be married, but his relationship is over, his partner has changed their children’s names, and they have moved away.
“He lost a good job in the banking industry.
“His parents have disowned him.”
He was jailed for nine months, plus a 27-month extension during which he can be recalled to prison if he re-offends.

H was also placed on the sex offenders’ register for 10 years.

Sheriff William Gilchrist told him: “The number of identified images is not particularly high, but they were all bar one Category A, which is the most serious category, and this had been going on for five years.
“I’m satisfied that a custodial sentence is inevitable.”
Ryrie, who had earlier arrived at court alone, burst into tears as he was handcuffed to a security guard and led to the cells.
The banking institution for which Ryrie worked was not named.

A man has been spared prison after being caught with 9,000 ‘disgusting’ images of children – including ones showing the abuse of babies.

Hundreds of them were classed as category A – the most serious.

David Carey34, pleaded guilty to 13 offences including downloading, possessing and distributing indecent pictures and videos at Newcastle Crown Court.

The court heard he also had 73 images and 91 movies of extreme bestiality pornography in which people had sex with animals.

Carey, who lives with his elderly mum, admitted a total of 13 offences covering the period of 2012 to 2016.

Prosecutor Emma Dowling told Newcastle Crown Court: ‘The officer gives a full description of the images, which he says were some of the worst he has seen.

Recorder Andrew Dallas sentenced Carey, who had no previous convictions, to two years in prison – suspended for two years.

He said, ‘I accept there is a very low risk that you are likely to re-offend.’
