Porn Addicted Rapists 45

SALT Creek monster Roman Heinze kept hardcore bondage-style rape pornography on his phone and viewed it on the day he offered to take two tourists — whom he kidnapped and brutalised — to the Coorong.
The Advertiser can reveal the extent of Heinze’s obsession with violent sex, including videos on his computer and a “ball gag” seized from his home by police.
Jurors in his trial were given only a “watered-down” glimpse of Heinze’s collection, which a judge branded as “extremely graphic, extremely violent, next-level pornography”.
The public, meanwhile, was banned from knowing about it — a suppression order was imposed because defence counsel feared Heinze’s three subsequent trials could be tainted.
“It indicates that he has bad character, that he is simply not a nice person,” Bill Boucaut SC, for Heinze, argued before the trial began in March.
“He could never get a fair trial ... they are so graphic (and) somewhat overwhelming ... potential jurors would be completely overawed by it.”
He will be sentenced for crimes including aggravated kidnapping, sexual and physical assault, and endangering life.
All three of his victims were foreign backpackers he contacted on the Gumtree website’s ride-sharing section — in defiance of bail conditions banning him from doing so.
He indecently assaulted his first victim in September 2014, molested his second three months later, and committed heinous acts at the remote Coorong beach on February 9, 2016.
Heinze had responded to a Gumtree ad posted by one of those women, from Brazil, agreeing to take her and a German companion to Melbourne.
At Salt Creek, he attacked the Brazilian from behind, tied her up with pre-cut lengths of rope, sliced off her bikini with a knife and sexually assaulted her.
When the German tried to come to her companion’s aid, Heinze repeatedly struck her in the head with a hammer and ran her down with his four-wheel drive.
Following his arrest, police found condoms, a box of Viagra and a bottle of Passion Pop — a flavoured sparking wine — in his vehicle.
Heinze was found guilty of the Salt Creek crimes, confessed to the September 2014 incident, was acquitted in his third trial and charges for his scheduled fourth trial were dropped.
Between his crimes, Heinze contacted a further 13 backpackers through the website while also using the internet to build a collection of perverse sexual imagery.
One of those women, from Japan, agreed to travel to Salt Creek with Heinze but he cut their trip short after she revealed she had posted photos of him and his car online.
During pre-trial legal argument in March, which was suppressed until now, prosecutor Jim Pearce, QC, said Heinze remained “obsessed” with that woman after her narrow escape.
He said that, between August 2015 and January 2016, Heinze used multiple internet search terms that included the words “rape”, “hardcore”, “fetish” and “brutal”.
Other terms were in the form of questions, seeking to know “how to hurt a woman” during sex and whether Japanese woman “like being raped”.
Mr Pearce said Heinze’s interest dated back even earlier to November 2011, when he spent half an hour shopping for bondage products.
Items considered by Heinze that evening included leg, wrist, ankle, neck and full body harnesses, metal chains, a silicon ball open-mouth gag and a “slave bondage set”.
“It should be a matter for a jury (to decide) whether that is normal behaviour or behaviour that’s outside the norm,” he said.
“Our submission is that it is behaviour outside the norm, that it shows he has a demonstrated interest in such conduct, and that’s a fact a jury should be allowed to consider.”
He said police recovered 95 exploitative images from Heinze’s computer, 37 of which featured women being gagged and 34 with their arms or wrists bound.
A further 29 images showed women with their hands or feet bound, five with their hands bound only and 20 depicted forced sex acts.
Mr Pearce said Heinze’s iPhone, which he took with him to Salt Creek, was also pre-loaded with two illicit videos.
The first showed two women on a bed, both gagged with their arms bound behind their backs with rope, while the other had two women wearing matching gags with their arms and legs bound.
Mr Pearce said Heinze had saved still pictures from those videos, and had last accessed those files on February 7, 2016 — he day he answered the Brazilian’s ad.
He urged the court to allow jurors to know the depths of Heinze’s depravity, including the police discovery of a homemade ball gag in his home following his arrest.
“(The defence case) is that these women are inventing the story, that they have lied, that this was all a mistake,” he said.
“Our case is the fact Heinze accessed images showing women whose hands and feet have been tied and are engaged in what I’ll loosely call ‘sexual activity’ (proves) his intent.”
In her formal ruling, Justice Trish Kelly noted there was “some force” in defence counsel’s objections because the prosecution case remained “extremely strong” without the pornography.
She said she was “very concerned” jurors might be prejudiced by full details of the collection and ordered prosecutors provide “a more watered-down version” at trial.
“These are extremely graphic, extremely violent, seems to me of a next-stage pornography,” she said.
When the evidence was given in court on March 21, Justice Kelly suppressed it from publication — that order was revoked ahead of Heinze’s sentencing on Wednesday.

A Long Beach man was sentenced to 120 years to life in state prison for sexually assaulting his infant relative and possessing more than 220,000 pornographic photos and videos of prepubescent children.
Ryan Michael Booth, 32, received his super long prison stretch after a jury on March 8 found him guilty of eight counts of oral copulation or sexual penetration with a minor 10 years or younger; five counts of using a minor for sex acts—all felonies—as well as misdemeanor sexual exploitation of a child and a sentencing enhancement for possessing more than 600 images of child pornography with 10 or more involving a prepubescent minor.

Besides 120 years to life in state prison, he must register as a sex offender for life. "There is no mercy for you," the girl's grandmother told the court in a victim impact statement. "She will carry [this] with her for her whole life.

Between 2013 and August 2014, Booth sexually assaulted his baby female relative from the time she was age 1 until she was 2.

On Aug. 29, 2014, a constable with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police conducting a child pornography investigation discovered images of a female approximately 2 to 3 years old. It was determined that the Internet Protocol address for the user who posted the images originated in Long Beach, so the case was referred to the U.S. Homeland Security Cybercrimes Center. On Sept. 5, 2014, Los Angeles Regional Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and Los Angeles Police Department investigators discovered more than 220,000 images and 2,000 videos of child sexual exploitation content, including photos and videos of Booth in sexual conduct with his 2-year-old relative, in his residence.

Booth was arrested later that day. Investigators with LAPD discovered that Booth also sexually assaulted the baby girl in her Costa Mesa home, so the case was submitted to the Orange County District Attorney's office. "She gets to grow up happy and free ... you are going to pay for this," the girl's father said in his statement to the court. "You will never touch another child again."

A twisted teenage paedophile exchanged sickening fantasies about newborn babies in text messages with a fellow pervert online - claiming: "I'd rape 10-a-day ha ha".
Alan Gray, 19, fantasised about kidnapping, raping and murdering babies - some of them only "days old" - and accessed almost 20,000 horrific child abuse images of young children and infants.
A court heard yesterday that a psychologist claimed he was virtually beyond rehabilitation because his “deeply disturbing” perversions are so entrenched.
The Daily Record reports that he is being sent to the High Court for sentencing – after a sickened sheriff declared his the worst sexual offences case he has ever heard.
Gray’s lawyer described his behaviour as “abhorrent, appalling brutal and repugnant” - and accepted a prison sentence was inevitable.
Gray, from Greenock, organised videos of sadistic sexual assaults on babies into folders on his laptop computer.
He exchanged hideous text messages with another vile deviant where they discussed the most extreme sexual violence against “days old” babies.
In one chilling message, he stated: “I’d rape 10-a-day ha ha.”
Gray – who began accessing online pornography when he was 13 – revelled in an online exchange with a fellow pervert on the Kik Messenger app, texting: “I’d kill 25 newborns a night. No mercy.”
He added: “They’re just there for us to abuse.”
In another Kik conversation, he tormented a user who stated that she was 13.
The court heard that Gray had 19,884 images - made up of 16,120 still pictures and 3,764 videos.
These included 1,864 pictures and 2,254 moving images of category A abuse - the worst level.

The age range of the children who were abused was less than a year to 12 years, the court was told.
Gray was arrested at home as part of an intelligence-led police cyber crime operation last June.
Greenock sheriff Derek Hamilton told Gray: “The narration of the images in this case is the worst I have ever heard.

"The matter involves you also discussing the sexual abuse, rape and killing of babies.
“My concern is that the risk of you reoffending is high.
"There is a significant risk factor and for that reason I am going to remit you to the High Court for sentencing.”
Gray – who admitted his offences – was remanded in custody.

BLOOMINGDALE, N.J. -- A convicted rapist from Bloomingdale who was banned from social media or chat rooms without parole supervision trafficked child porn videos until Passaic County sheriff's detectives arrested him Tuesday, authorities said.
Members of his Internet Crime Unit took 41-year-old Lawrence Ramirez into custody after a six-week investigation, Passaic County Sheriff Richard H. Berdnik said.
They charged him with possession and distribution of child pornography after catching Ramirez sharing nearly a dozen illegal files from his Union Avenue home, Berdnik said.
Ramirez served nearly seven years of a 10-year state prison term on convictions of rape and violating a domestic violence restraining order in Bergen County before being released on Megan's Law lifetime parole supervision in April 2016, records show.
Under his sentence he "was to refrain from using a computer or device to access social networks or chat rooms unless expressly authorized by a parole supervisor," Berdnik noted.
Sheriff's detectives charged Ramirez with ten counts of possessing, distributing and maintaining a file-sharing program to store child pornography.
He was being held without bail in the Passaic County Jail.
Berdnik thanked Bloomingdale police, the New Jersey State Parole Board and the Passaic County Prosecutor's Sexual Investigations Unit for their roles in the investigation and arrest.

A Sedalia man is facing multiple sexual assault charges involving a female child after he was found in possession of child pornography.
Christopher L. Richard, 40, of the 2000 block of South Harrison Avenue, has been charged with two counts of first degree child molestation, two counts of statutory sodomy with a person younger than 12, three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor child, and sexual misconduct involving a child younger than 15.
In a separate case, Richard has been charged with two counts of possession of child pornography.
According to a Sedalia Police Department report, Richard was arrested April 28 at his residence by members of SPD and the Western Missouri Cyber Crimes Task Force after they served a search warrant, which stemmed from an investigation into the possession of child pornography.
According to court documents, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children assigned four cyber tips to WMCCTF. The tips came from Google and were in reference to child pornography downloaded in December 2016 from an IP address that was later identified as being in Sedalia. The email address and phone number associated with the account belonged to Richard.
After he was taken into custody, Richard admitted to downloading five to 10 movies that contained child pornography through an application he downloaded through the Google Play Store, court documents state. He told officers it was a type of chat room and when the screen went black he clicked on it, which downloaded movies to his computer.
Richard told officers he tried to delete the movies and report the site to the Google Play Store but “wasn’t able to get that done.” He said the movies were still on his tablet, which he said is only used by him.
Richard was issued a $100,000 bond, cash or surety. He posted surety bond May 2, the same day as his arraignment.
Richard was arrested again Friday afternoon on new charges stemming from his initial arrest.
A WMCCTF detective found 27 videos of suspected child pornography on Richard’s smartphone, which was seized during his April arrest, as well as four videos that showed what appeared to be a 3-year-old girl involved in various sex acts with Richard in his home, court documents state.
Documents state the detective recognized various items in the room from when officers were at Richard’s house for the April search warrant. The suspect’s tattoos also match Richard’s, and at one point in one of the videos Richard’s face is seen, documents state.
A second search warrant was served May 19 to retrieve the clothing the child was seen wearing in the videos and the bedspread. Photos were taken of items in the room seen in the video.
Richard did not wish to speak with detectives Friday and invoked his right to an attorney.
He is now at the Pettis County Jail on a $500,000 cash-only bond. An arraignment took place Monday at the Pettis County Courthouse.
Online court documents do not list an attorney for Richard in either case. Court documents state Richard has a criminal history, including charges of child molestation and statutory rape in 1995.

Sedalia man charged with statutory rape, possession of child pornography

An Endicott man accused of sexually exploiting three girls has been charged with federal crimes that include possessing child pornography.
Richard M. Squires, 58, was charged in Binghamton's federal courthouse with felony counts of sexual exploitation of children, production and possession of child pornography. He had been arrested April 14 on state-level charges related to the same case.
The investigation by Endicott police working with the FBI and the U.S. Attorney's Office began in mid-April and was prompted by a teenage girl's disclosure to law enforcement about child porn found on Squires' computer.
The girl told authorities that discovery sparked memories of "possibly inappropriate activities" after playing a game of "truth or dare" during a sleepover four years ago, according to court records.
A 14-page criminal complaint filed in federal court graphically details Squires' crimes.
Endicott police who interviewed the girl uncovered video recordings and sexually explicit images involving minors on Squires' computer, according to court records.
Questioned by police, Squires admitted possessing child pornography, according to court papers. He told investigators he downloaded "torrents containing vast numbers of images to his computer."
More videos depicting sexual conduct by the victims, all of them under the age of 16, were found when police examined electronic devices owned by Squires, prosecutors allege.
Squires also told police he had sexual contact with three girls, one of whom was the girl whose initial disclosure prompted the investigation, court papers said. Some of those acts were recorded on his web camera.
In one video, prosecutors say, Squires asked a victim to "not disclose these sexually related activities to her parents."
According to court papers, Squires told police "he often struggled with the morality issue of downloading and viewing images constituting child pornography."
He would frequently delete such files from his computer in the past, he added in a statement to police, only to re-download them later.
Separate from the federal crimes, Endicott police charged Squires in April with two felony counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child, which are state-level crimes separate from the federal counts.
Squires is being held in the Broome County jail, while awaiting further court action.

Pecan Plantation resident William Lyle Morrison, 43, was arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child and various child pornography charges.
The investigation began after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children tipped off the Hood County Crimes Against Children Task Force that there had been several internet uploads that included child pornography from an address in Pecan Plantation, said District Attorney Rob Christian.

Task force investigators found a child in the home who made an outcry of sexual abuse against Morrison, Christian said.

Morrison is now in the Hood County Jail on a bond of more than $1.1 million.

NEWARK -- A jury ound a 41-year-old Jersey City man guilty of child pornography charges authorities say stem from his sexual abuse of a child, a crime which has exposed him to a minimum of 25 years in federal prison.
Following a two-week trial before U.S. District Judge William H. Walls in Newark and less than three hours of deliberation, the jury found Felix Restitullo guilty of production and possession of child pornography, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Prosecutors say Restitullo, who was first arrested by the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in March 2014, made video recordings of his abuse of a child while his mother was babysitting the girl.
The Prosecutor's Office has said Restitullo previously was charged with possessing child pornography in 2009, but pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child, a fourth-degree charge that allowed him to stay off New Jersey's sex offender registry.
A search of computer storage devices found in Restitullo's home in the March 2014 case turned up more than 350 videos and over 3,000 still images of child abuse, according to prosecutors.
Initially charged by the Prosecutor's Office with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a minor, Restitullo was charged federally by Homeland Security Investigations in July 2015 and was indicted by a grand jury the next month, according to court records.
Walls in October barred any of Restitullo's statements to investigators from being used as evidence in the case, ruling they had implored him to give testimony immediately after he asked for a lawyer. Under questioning by Prosecutor's Office detectives, Restitullo made "admissions" regarding the possession of child pornography but denied taking part in the sexual assault, according to filings by federal prosecutors.
Federal authorities say that although Restitullo would normally face a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison on the production charge, his prior conviction exposes him to a mandatory minimum of 25 and a maximum of 50.
Prosecutors say he similarly faces a minimum of 10 years on the possession charge, which now carries a maximum of 20 years.
Restitullo's sentencing has been scheduled for June 20.
