Porn Addicted Rapists 59

An American pedophile recently arrested in the Philippines was reportedly planning to re-enact scenes from the film “50 Shades of Grey” with young, poor, underaged Filipino girls, local authorities revealed.
In a press briefing, Philippine National Police (PNP) Superintendent Maria Shiela Portento unveiled a variety of sex toys seized from the suspect identified as Robin Hoyt Alderman, reports Inquirer
Portento, an officer from the Women and Children Protection Center, stated that the 58-year-old yoga instructor was planning to use the sexual paraphernalia to replicate scenes from the erotically-explicit film about a rich businessman and a college woman.
Alderman, who had just arrived from Vietnam, was arrested at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport by the PNP, in coordination with United States Department of Homeland Security. He reportedly made the trip to Manila to meet some children who he had been planning to have sex with, according to GMA News
“On the basis of his ongoing communications with the victim that constituted procuring, hiring, and obtaining minor for the purpose of pornography and sexual exploitation, all of these are violations of the expanded Anti-Human trafficking law of the Philippines,” Portento said.
Following the rescue of his 15-year-old female victim, two more girls, aged 14 and 15, were discovered and rescued by the police. They are now under the protection of local social services. Alderman, who has been under investigation for online sexual exploitation, is facing charges before the Philippines’ Department of Justice. According to the police, Alderman’s plans were uncovered from a social media post that got the attention of the U.S. Homeland Security.
The report specified his plans, indicating the abuse he intended to inflict upon his child victims. Based on said post, Alderman was planning to rent an old apartment and a van, which he planned to use to abduct other victims. He was also planning to acquire motorcycles to help with the abduction. According to the police, he was targeting young, poor and “even homeless Filipino girls” for sexual exploitation. He also reportedly makes video recordings of past abuses, which he sells online.
Authorities also found that the suspected sex tourist has been in the Philippines at least twice before and he had also made several trips to Vietnam and Taiwan. He will be tried for his offense in the Philippines and, after serving his sentence, will eventually be turned over to U.S. authorities.

A JUDGE has issued a chilling warning to parents to monitor their kids closely after a teen who watched porn as a youngster was jailed for repeatedly raping a child.
William Nicholson, now 19, started watching adult content when he was just 12 and two years later abused the schoolgirl to satisfy his sexual curiosity.
The fiend began abusing the girl when he was 14 and even showed his victim porn.
Her ordeal only came to an end in 2015 when she confided in a family friend what had happened and police were called.
Judge Peter Armstrong told Teesside Crown Court pornography viewing had influenced his behaviour.
He said: "It almost beggars belief - I can't believe it didn't have an effect on him.
"It is a warning to parents to monitor their children's activities rather than being left to their own devices in their bedrooms.
"It's behaviour where it is experimenting or curious and perhaps acting out what he had seen using [the girl] as an object to do that."
In an emotional statement, the victim said she struggled to explain what was happening at the time and now suffers from nightmares.
She said: "When this was happening I felt really confused. I knew it was wrong, but I couldn't put it into words."
Nicholson, of County Durham, was found guilty of two charges of rape, attempted rape, two indecent assaults and causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
He was sent to a young offenders' institution for six years, will be on the sex offenders' register for life, and banned from working with children.
An indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order was also imposed - which prohibits Nicholson from having unsupervised contact with under-16s and restricts his computer and internet use.

CHELSEA, Oklahoma -
A Chelsea man is in Rogers County Jail accused of indecent exposure and child sexual assault.

Brian Doyle Jr. is being held on a $150,000 bond, according to the Rogers County Sheriff's Office website.
Investigators say a 4-year-old girl Doyle knows told her grandmother he was touching her privates with his privates and making statements that she was making him feel good.
When authorities interviewed him, they say Doyle admitted the child had once touched his privates while he was touching himself and watching pornography.
A week later, a teenage relative came forward and told investigators Doyle smoked meth with her while showing her porn. She said Doyle told her when she turned 18, he could have sex with her, according to Rogers County investigators.
Authorities say that during a recorded interview, Doyle admitted he had a fetish for "father-daughter porn" and watched a lot of it.

A New Orleans man who repeatedly raped a neighbor's minor daughter -- recording some of the encounters over a four-year period -- pleaded guilty Tuesday (Oct. 24) in exchange for a 50-year prison sentence.
Lawrence D. Jones, 25, accepted the plea offer on the morning of his scheduled trial. Jones faced potential life imprisonment if found guilty as charged of five counts of first-degree rape, 11 counts of aggravated rape, one counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile, and 169 counts of possessing, distributing or producing child pornography.
The 16 rape counts each carried a potential life sentence, but were amended to charges of attempted first-degree rape and attempted aggravated rape. Jones received the maximum 50-year sentence for those counts, to be served concurrently with his other sentences. The charges are materially for the same crime, but have different titles based upon the date of the offense. The state legislature changed "aggravated rape" to "first-degree rape" in August 2015.
Jones received the maximum 25-year sentence for the indecent behavior count, which involved a different juvenile victim. He received 50-year sentences for each of 30 counts involving his production of child pornography, and 40-year sentences for each of 139 counts of possessing such illicit materials.
Jones made no public statement to the court or the victim's parents.
Jones has been jailed since his June 2016 arrest, unable to post a bond set at $39.25 million because of the multiple counts.
Agents from the Louisiana Bureau of Investigations' cyber crime unit initially honed in on Jones, after monitoring online activity as part of a child pornography probe. It was only after raiding his home and confiscating personal electronics that investigators realized some of the sexually abusive images and videos seized had been produced inside Jones' residence.
According to investigators, agents determined that the juvenile girl depicted in several of the videos was the daughter of a neighboring family Jones had befriended. The girl is believed to have been repeatedly sexually assaulted by Jones over a three-year period, starting in 2011 when she was 11 years old.
Authorities said Jones' arrest was the result of a joint investigation involving the LBI's Cyber Crime Unit, New Orleans police, the Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office and the Housing Authority of New Orleans police.

The Montreal police are looking for other potential victims of Erik Branz, a 46-year-old man facing charges for producing child pornography and sexually assaulting someone police say is a "vulnerable person."
Police say the victim was a teenager when the abuse started, as early as May 2010, and she suffers from a "severe mental disability."
Branz, who worked as a window washer in Montreal's west end, is alleged to have assaulted the victim while working at her home and recorded his actions.
He appeared in court Oct. 13 and will remain in custody until his next appearance.
Police say they started investigating Branz in May of this year, in relation to complaints of voyeurism.
Investigators seized his computer and discovered images of child pornography, as well as images of a previously unreported sexual assault.
They say there is reason to believe there may be other victims in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce and Côte Saint-Luc, the residential neighbourhoods where Branz primarily worked.
They say the crimes could have been committed between May 2010 and this month.
Branz speaks English. He has a pale complexion and brown hair, with a receding hairline. He is 5-9" and weighs 150 pounds.
Anyone with information is asked to visit their neighbourhood police station or to dial 911 to file an official complaint.

A Luton man has been jailed for eight years after sexually abusing a young girl and possessing extreme child pornography.

Matthew Mansfield, 37, of Axe Close, Luton, was arrested in 2016 after police received intelligence to suggest that an IP address linked to him had been sharing images of child sexual abuse

A number of computer devices were seized and were found to have hundreds of child sexual abuse images, including almost 700 of the most severe category involving very young children

Mansfield was charged with three counts of indecent images of children and was released on court bail pending a court appearance. While on bail he attended Luton Police Station and confessed to sexually abusing a young girl over a period of several years in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

He was subsequently arrested and charged with nine counts of indecent assault of a child. He was sentenced at Luton Crown Court to six years and eight months imprisonment for the indecent assault and one year and four months for the indecent images offences.

He must serve the sentences consecutively, making a total of eight years, and then faces four years on extended licence. Investigation Officer Dave Paton said: “Mansfield is a sexual predator of the very worst kind. His abuse of children spanned decades – from the young girl he assaulted more than 20 years ago, to the more recent sharing of indecent images.

“Child sexual abuse of any kind, including online, will not be tolerated in Bedfordshire and I hope this sends a message to others that we will catch you and you will be held accountable for your actions.

“I hope this result gives others the confidence to come forward and report sexual abuse, with the assurance that we will take action and justice can be done.”

The search of a DeKalb County home yielded two arrests for child pornography, as well as allegations that a man had sexual contact with a dog, lawmen said.
Robert Bishop was arrested after investigators searched his home in Sylvania. Police and sheriff's deputies found a pornographic video of a 2-year-old, an investigator wrote in an arrest affidavit.
Additionally, 27-year-old Bishop "engaged in or submitted to any sexual contact with an animal...a German Shepherd," Investigator Scott Tarrant wrote in another affidavit.
The search of Bishop's home also led to the arrest of Ashley Hartline, a 26-year-old from Rainsville, said DeKalb County Sheriff Jimmy Harris. Hartline is accused of sexually abusing and sodomizing the 2-year-old, court records state. Hartline also is accused of recording the abuse and distributing pornographic videos, an arrest affidavit alleges.

Bishop is charged with two counts of dissemination of obscene matter and one count each of possession of obscene matter and bestiality. If convicted of all charges, he faces a maximum sentence of 50 years in prison. He also would be required to register as a sex offender. To protect the victim, further details about the case aren't being released.

Search warrant yields 2 child pornography arrests, accusation man had sexual contact with dog

Police found children's clothes at the home of a 52-year-old paedophile who said he had the alter-ego of a ten-year-old girl called "Ann".
Also found at Neil Illingworth's home in Adlingfleet, near Goole, were films of a woman having sex with a horse, a woman having sex with a dog, and a man having sex with a cow.
Police discovered the convicted paedophile had breached his notification requirements as a sex offender by failing to report his use of another alter-ego of a ten-year-old girl, "Kathy McCrogan", to chat with a man called "Red Robin Boy" on Skype.
Illingworth had asked him to send him pictures of his genitals, prosecutor Richard Thompson told Hull Crown Court.

Examination of Illingworth's computer revealed typed documents which "discussed in graphic detail the sexual abuse of children".
His previous offences included using customers' computers to download child abuse images while working as a computer technician for Ebuyer in Howden, and showing children images on his mobile phone of adult pornography while working as a printing technician at a school in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester.

The latter offence was discovered when three boys were seen "running from a classroom". Mr Thompson said: "He is described as leaving the school in a hurry without signing out, having signed in."
Illingworth had told the boys: "Don't tell anyone because I'll get sacked."
His previous offending also included possession of horrific images and films of child abuse, including a film of a baby girl visibly injured when abused by men. Other images showed "scenes of bondage and sado-masochism".
Illingworth had used the file sharing programme BitTorrent, which Mr Thompson said was "used by people who download child pornography".
Also discovered at the Adlingfleet property were "component parts for firearms".
Mr Thompson said in one of his police interviews: "(Illingworth) denied having any sexual interest in children. But he said that he enjoyed cross-dressing and role-playing, chatting with other individuals on the internet, and that he had the alter-ego of a ten-year-old girl called Ann, which would explain his possession of children's clothing."
Illingworth, of Grange Road, Adlingfleet, had been jailed for 25 months in Manchester in March 2012, and was released in January 2013.
He admitted possession of extreme pornography, and breaching his notification requirements, at an earlier hearing.
Helen Chapman, for Illingworth, said the breach had taken place four-and-a-half years ago, and there had been "no complaints about his offending behaviour since".

She said he had taken part in "fantasy chat room conversations", but "the fantasy world of the internet no longer held any allure for him today".
She also provided a reference from Illingworth's employer in the West Riding, who she said "knows about the position he's in".
A probation service report found he was of "high risk" of re-offending, and posed a "medium risk" to children.
Recorder Simon Jackson QC said his risk was best mitigated in the community, and sentenced Illingworth to 18 months in prison, suspended for two years.
He was ordered to do 200 hours of unpaid work, have up to 30 days rehabilitation, and was placed under three-month curfew between 9.30pm and 6.30pm.

A jury found an Ocala man guilty of 20 sex crimes in relation to interactions he had with a 12-year-old girl.
John Henry Rapp, 46, was accused of sexually battering the child and performing sexual acts in her presence. He had 12 items of child pornography on a thumb drive, which included graphic photographs of the girl.
The girl was interviewed at Kimberly’s Center for Child Protection and said Rapp told her he would buy her a candy bar if she would pose naked for him. She said she went to a warehouse on South Pine Avenue, where Rapp took photographs of her while she was naked, according to a police report.
The girl described two times when Rapp showed her porn while he molested her. She said there were multiple instances of sexual abuse by Rapp between Christmas 2015 and early August 2016, according to the report.
When confronted by police, Rapp denied the allegations. He was arrested August 2016 at his home in northeast Ocala. He was charged with three counts of sexual battery of a child, 12 counts of possession of child pornography, three counts of lewd and lascivious molestation, one count of lewd and lascivious conduct and one count of lewd and lascivious exhibition. He entered a written plea of not guilty to the charges on Aug. 16, 2016.
Rapp was convicted after a two-day trial, according to court records. A sentencing date has not been set.

Hugh Hefner died after changing the cultural landscape forever by shattering the boundaries around the recreational use of pornography for millions of men.
He has been lauded as a courageous defender of freedom of speech, a savvy businessman, and a playboy extraordinaire. But what about the dark side of pornography that libertines refuse to discuss — the connection between porn use and sexual assault?
On January 24, 1989, one of the most notorious serial murderers met his end in the electric chair at Florida State Prison. Ted Bundy was executed after confessing to the sexual assault and murder of 36 women and girls. The actual number may never be known, as experts believe he may be responsible for the death of more than 100.
But just hours before he was scheduled to die, he was allowed to speak on camera to give a final warning about pornography use.
In a final interview with Dr. James Dobson, psychologist and founder of Focus on the Family Ministries, Bundy explained how exposure to pornography warped his view of women and fueled the inner demons that eventually led him to violently rape and kill his victims.
In spite of growing up in a loving home with parents who tried to diligently protect the hearts and minds of their children, Bundy was exposed to softcore pornography like Playboy magazines in drug stores and grocery stores, which desensitized him to harder-core porn he found in garbage cans in his neighborhood.
While careful to take full responsibility for his actions, he explained the effect of pornography in leading to his crimes:
“I knew it was wrong to think about it, and certainly, to do it was wrong. I was on the edge, and the last vestiges of restraint were tested constantly, and assailed through the kind of fantasy life that was fueled, largely, by pornography.”
While researchers are careful not to draw a definitive causal relationship between porn use and violent sexual acting-out behavior, there is plenty of research that points to a strong correlation.
Convicted criminals other than Bundy admit to the influence of pornography:

  • Arthur Gary Bishop, who raped and murdered five boys in the 1980s, confessed that “pornography's effect on me was devastating.”

  • Jeffrey Dahmer, who killed 17 boys and men, described how he hunted for his victims after “just using pictures of his past victims...the pornography videos, the magazines…”

  • Dennis Rader, known as BTK (bind, torture and kill), had what he called his “mother lode” collection of porn. Ten people died at his hand.

Criminologist Eric Hickey explains in his book, “Serial Killers and their Victims,” that “millions of people read pornography without hurting anyone ... Still the fact that certain serial murderers have insisted that pornography was a major factor in their killing young women and children cannot be ignored.
Our brains are wired to repeat what we see. The reoccurring themes in pornography that all women want sex all the time from all men, women enjoy all the sex acts performed on them or demanded from them, and women who do not at first realize this can be easily turned with a little force are a concern to researchers.
They believe with continued exposure to these messages, pornography can contribute to the way users look at women, affect their perceptions of reality, and influence their behavior.
To set up an experiment to conclusively prove the connection between pornography and violent sexual behavior is not feasible, researchers say.
An article on the website FightTheNewDrug.org references a 2003 study by K.J. Anderson and explains that to do so would require “a sampling of more than 1,000 males exposed to porn through puberty and adolescence, while another group is totally isolated from all forms and varying degrees. Each group would then have to be monitored through the commission of violent crimes or not.”
I don't know of any parent who would volunteer their son for such a research project.
But even without such an experiment, the anecdotal and corollary evidence that porn use contributes to sexual abuse of women and other vulnerable victims should be enough to give those concerned about “rape culture” ammunition to condemn it, not celebrate it as a sign of a sexually liberated society.
Dobson asked Bundy during the interview what his life would have been like without the influence of pornography. This was his answer:
“I know it would have been far better, not just for me, but for a lot of other people — victims and families. There is no question it would have been a better life. I'm absolutely certain it would not have involved this kind of violence.”
