Porn Addicted Rapists 62

A 32-year-old St. Cloud man will spend the next 60 years in prison after he took photos of himself sexually assaulting an infant girl and minor boy, according to the U.S Attorney's Office.

Prosecutors say Jeremy Craig Traylor shared the photos with others. He also had thousands of images of child pornography on his computers, prosecutors said.
"Two young lives are forever impacted by these incomprehensible crimes," said James C. Spero of Homeland Security Investigations in Tampa. "Nothing will return the innocence of these children, but we hope putting this criminal behind bars will help them in their recovery.”
The investigation started with a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Traylor pleaded guilty in October to producing child pornography.

This 24-year-old man, Sharaf Ali from Kozhikode in Kerala peddled rape videos and nude pictures on an exclusive child porn group.

According to a report by NDTV, Saraf is an aspiring accountant. And has now been arrested for having multiple groups where he would share videos of little girls getting raped.

One of the videos was that of a four-year-old girl being raped by two men. He even posted nude photos of an eight-year-old girl along with the message “the child didn’t understand anything but enjoyed the moments and pleasure” by her father.

This and more disturbing content was shared on a chat group called ‘Poombatta’. Pornographic videos especially featuring children were shared by the users.

Sharaf is the main accused and has been arrested by the police. He ran a chat group called ‘Naadan Thoond’ which is an online porn channel translating to ‘Desi Porn’.

Six others have been identified in the same racket and will be arrested soon according to the police.

Ali also had four groups on Telegram with almost 5,000 followers. Followers could only be added with the permission of the admin. But they could contribute and send videos.

Police suspect that the ‘exclusive’ Malayalis only group, ‘Poombatta’ is at least two years old.

Jaljith Thottolil, a medical transcriptionist, and his friend Binu Phalgunan joined the group after gaining the admin’s trust. They collected evidence, provided details to the police and got the main accused arrested, Thottolil said.

However, he said that the admin was adamant that children only between the age of 4 and 15 should be featured.

Children are innocent and their childhood should be preserved. Instead, these perverts are sharing photos and videos of little girls naked and being raped. It takes a whole different level of disgusting to actually commit a heinous crime like this. Things like this truly make me wonder, where are we headed?

An EMT and former Pace firefighter is one of three men charged in relation to a child sex distribution scheme in Santa Rosa and Escambia counties.
Danny Murphy, 37, made his first court appearance for the charges after a federal grand jury indicted him with conspiracy, receipt and possession of child pornography.
Murphy, a former Pace firefighter, is charged in relation to the crimes where police say Charles McConnell III, 22, was using the app Kik to share pornographic video depicting sexual abuse of a child younger than 12 years old.
McConnell is charged with sexual assault, incest, cruelty toward a child/direct sexual performance by a child, and 18 counts of possession of child pornography.

Another man, Jonah Authement, 20, is accused of receiving the files and is charged with cruelty toward a child/promoting sexual performance by a child and obscene communication/computer solicitation.
Murphy’s indictment alleges that between Nov. 16 and Jan. 9, Murphy, operating under the screen name "Mr. Duckblue," knowingly conspired with others to participate in instant messaging communications to distribute child pornography images and videos, as well as child sexual exploitation cartoons.
The document alleges Murphy and others discussed graphic sexual acts to be committed upon a minor.
Pace Fire Rescue District Chief Robbie Whitfield said that Murphy is no longer with the fire district, and his employment was terminated while under probationary conditions, but he did not outline whether the termination is in relation to the child pornography allegations, nor when the termination occurred.
Murphy also is a relief EMT with Escambia County, and has been in that position since January 2016. Escambia County spokesperson Amanda Taft said Murphy is on administrative leave without pay pending investigation.
The cases are being investigated by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations, the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, the Pensacola Police Department, the State Attorney’s Office and the North Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

A Lubbock County grand jury indicted a 52-year-old man accused of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl while she slept four years ago.
Anthony Eudean Woollis is charged with a second-degree felony count of sexual assault of a child, which carries a punishment of two to 20 years in prison.
Woollis is also charged with a federal felony count of production of child pornography. A federal grand jury returned an indictment against him on Dec. 13. An arraignment hearing has not yet been set.
Texas Department of Public Safety investigators arrested Woollis in connection with a narcotics investigation. A confidential informant working with the investigators in October reportedly bought marijuana wax from Woollis, which allowed them to obtain a search warrant for Woollis’ home in the 300 block of Avenue X. Troopers seized multiple drugs from the home including, marijuana, cocaine, LSD and mushrooms. Troopers also seized multiple electronic devices including his phone as part of the investigation, according to court documents.

During an interview with investigators, Woollis reportedly consented to a search of his phone, which reportedly contained multiple photos of young women. Woollis reportedly wrote a statement admitting to buying the drugs found in his home and an intention to seek counseling to deal with his attraction to women in their late teens and addiction to marijuana.
While searching the phone for evidence of drug trafficking, an investigator found videos and images, in a folder labeled “.keepsafe,” of what he believed to be child pornography. The videos showed Woollis sexually abusing a teen-aged girl who appeared to be asleep. The files date from October 2012 to February 2013.
Investigators learned the girl in the videos was 15 years old at the time. The female, who is now 20, told investigators she knew Woollis since she was about 11 and spent time at his home. She reportedly admitted to using drugs he supplied but said she was unaware of any sexual contact with him.
Woollis was booked Nov. 21 into the Lubbock County Detention Center on a second-degree felony count of sexual assault of a child, as well as on a U.S. Marshals detainer.
Woollis remains held at the jail. His bond for the state sexual assault charge is set at $75,000. Court records show Woollis obtained a personal recognizance bond on Dec. 4, allowing him to be released from the jail.
However, U.S. Federal Magistrate Judge D. Gordon Bryant issued a Dec. 6 order remanding Woollis to custody without bond, according to federal court records. The order states Bryant believes there is no condition of release he could impose that will assure Woollis would appear in court and the safety of the community.

SEATTLE (AP) — Federal officials say a 53-year old Bothell, Washington, man has pleaded guilty to producing, distributing and possessing child pornography.
U.S. Attorney Annette Hayes says Donald McCoy Jr. was arrested in October 2016.
McCoy faces a mandatory minimum 15 years in prison and up to 30 years in prison when he's sentenced on March 12, 2018.
Federal law enforcement identified McCoy when an undercover agent using peer-to-peer file sharing software saw images of child rape being shared from a computer tied to an internet address traced to McCoy's residence.
Hayes says an investigation found that McCoy had made images of the molestation of four children between the ages of six and 13.
Officials say McCoy molested several children while they were asleep.

Described by prosecutors as a manipulative predator, Endicott resident Richard Squires was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for child porn and sexual exploitation charges.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Miroslav Lovric, in court documents, said Squires, 58, committed abuses against at least five children — four are developmentally disabled — who were chosen because he knew they would be easy targets.
The FBI also found Squires with some 50,000 graphic child porn images and videos.
"The sexual abuse of any child is horrific and inhuman," Lovric said in court documents. "But the sexual abuse of a developmentally disabled child is beyond comprehension and speaks loudly to the inhumanity that rests in Richard Squires' soul."
But the defense, attempting to bring context to Squires' crimes, said he became the victim of "ritualized sexual abuse" himself during late childhood and early teen years.
According to the defense, Squires fell in with the practices of the "Children of God" cult that advocated sexual relations between adults and children.
Acquaintances had invited him to join the activities associated with the "Children of God" hippie Christian cult that was founded in 1968, then abolished in 1978, according to the defense. The cult had up to 130 communes worldwide during the early 1970s.

In court documents, Assistant Federal Public Defender Courtenay McKeon said these experiences could shed light on why, as a grown man, her client committed sex crimes
"As a child, Mr. Squires did not understand that these activities were abuse," McKeon said in court documents. "He is just now beginning to connect his own childhood abuse with his actions as an adult and hopes to address them in counseling during his incarceration."
The sentence, handed down by Judge Thomas McAvoy in Binghamton's federal courthouse, followed Squires' guilty pleas in August felony counts of sexual exploitation of a child, receipt of child pornography, and possessing child pornography.
Squires' prison term will be followed by lifetime supervised release as a sex offender.
Endicott police arrested Squires in mid-April after a teenage girl told authorities she remembered "possibly inappropriate activities" during a "truth or dare" game at a sleepover four years earlier, according to court records.
Squires also set up cameras in his home to produce images and videos showing minors engaging in sex acts, according to prosecutors. He also told a victim to make it sound like these activities were just between her friends, if anyone asked her about it.

FREMONT - A Bradner man was sentenced to 22 years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of rape and one count of possessing child pornography.
Timothy Lagrou, 38, was indicted on rape charges stemming from a July 2016 incident in Fremont in which he had sex with a girl who was either 12 or 13 at the time, according to Sandusky County Sheriff Detective Zachary Zender.
Zender said Lagrou was a family friend and was watching the juvenile girl at the time the assaults occurred.
Sandusky County Common Pleas Court Judge Robert Hart sentenced Lagrou to 22 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to rape and having pornography on his phone in October.
"He initially denied it when we questioned him," Zender said. "But he admitted to it in court and basically got the max sentence."
Zender said the girl's mother and grandmother filed the complaint to the sheriff's office about the sexual assault, and evidence was collected by Zender that he felt strongly pointed towards Lagrou having sex with the girl.
Zender said his caseload this year has been busy with sexual assault cases, and said it is a good sign because it means more victims and their families are willing to come forward.
He said the reports of abuse typically come in waves. "It will slow down and then pick up again, but we've seen a lot of cases this year," Zender said

GREENSBORO–A man who pleaded guilty to production of child pornography was sentenced Wednesday, Dec. 20, according to Sandra J. Hairston, Acting U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of North Carolina.
Stephen Paul Aydelotte, 48, of Charlotte, pleaded guilty on Sept. 14 to one count of production of child pornography. He was sentenced by U.S. District Judge William L. Osteen Jr. to 25 years imprisonment followed by lifetime supervised release. Aydelotte was previously convicted in Utah of attempted sexual exploitation of a minor and twice failing to register as a sex offender, and in North Carolina of failing to register as a sex offender.
In February, Aydelotte alerted authorities that, while living in High Point in 2012, he took photographs of himself sexually exploiting a prepubescent minor. Investigators were then able to recover the photographs from Aydelotte’s phone.
Aydelotte also admitted to sexually molesting two minor girls in Utah in 1989.
The United States recommended, and Aydelotte received, a degree of leniency in his sentence because he voluntarily disclosed his criminal conduct, which otherwise would have not likely come to light.
This case was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations and Rowan County Sheriff’s Office. Both agencies are members of the North Carolina Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of online child sexual exploitation and abuse. Led by U.S. Attorneys' Offices and the Criminal Division's Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state and local resources to better locate, apprehend and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet as well as to identify and rescue victims.

  • Notorious pedophile Shannon McCoole, who administrated a global child pornography network and abused children in his care, will argue in February to have his 35-year jail sentence cut.
McCoole came before the South Australian District Court on an application to have his jail time reduced because he had testified against other pedophiles in Europe.
After he was jailed in 2015, the former Families SA childcare worker gave evidence from prison to a Danish court in the case against a 48-year-old known only as TL - who was accused of abusing four children.
At an earlier hearing his counsel, Mark Griffin, described McCoole's co-operation with authorities since his conviction as significant, especially his assistance with the Danish proceedings.
The prosecution indicated there was "some merit" in the application.
In court, the case was adjourned until February 8 when Mr Griffin will present submissions along with prosecutor Ian Press.
The court was also expected to consider transcript material from the Danish hearings.
McCoole was jailed for 35 years, with a non-parole period of 28 years, for 18 state and two federal offences committed between 2011 and 2014.
That included persistent sexual exploitation of children, sexual intercourse with children, and the production and dissemination of child exploitation material.
In his sentencing, Judge Paul Rice described McCoole's actions as "evil and depraved" with some of his victims being infants, one as young as 18 months old.
McCoole also reviewed as well as uploaded child sex abuse content to a global child pornography website, including some that he produced himself.
He was caught after European police notified Australian authorities about his online activities.
When McCoole's home was raided police found more than 53,000 images, about 600 of which related to his own abusive acts.
His case also sparked a royal commission into South Australia's child protection system.

Deep Connection: darknet child pornography ring 26 ottobre 2016

A Lehi man already serving time for child pornography faces new charges. This all started with the arrest of a Bountiful doctor earlier this year.

Robert Edwin Francis hasn't even been sentenced yet for his first case. That's set for January 2018. But as of December 27th, 2017, in addition to that, he's now facing four new felony child sex abuse charges.
November 30th, 2017 according to court documents, Francis took a plea agreement, a guilty plea to be sentenced less than 144 months for his involvement of knowingly receiving and producing child pornography. The investigation stemmed from a case with Bountiful doctor Nathan Ward who was charged with sex abuse and sex exploitation.
Court documents, in that case, said two screen names "discussed sexually abusing and sharing sexually explicit photos of children."
Francis is behind bars in Tooele County for that case and was charged with four new felonies on December 27th, 2017 as well as two counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child and two counts of forcible sexual abuse. “This dates back about six or seven years, but yes these are brand new charges.” Lance Bastian is the Deputy Utah County Attorney. He said the victim recently confided to a hospital nurse. “She made a disclosure to the nurse which then caused a reporting party to go ahead and contact law enforcement about it.”
According to court documents the abuse started back in 2010 or 2011, the girl was just eight or nine years old, she said the abuse continued for several years. Bastian said Francis and the victim knew each other. ‘I don't have any reason to believe that there would be other victims in this case.”

A Winnipeg man who directed the sexual abuse of a five-year-old U.S. boy over Skype has been sentenced to seven years in prison.
Greg Alan Jamieson, 45, previously pleaded guilty to making child pornography, sexual interference, agreeing to or arranging a sexual offence against a child for the purposes of child exploitation and possessing child pornography.
Judge Rocky Pollack said Jamieson and the U.S. co-accused used the victim "like a sex toy" and called images of the abuse "disturbing" and "alarming."
Pollack's sentence is one year longer than what the Crown requested.
Jamieson received credit for time served, reducing his remaining sentence to just over 70 months.
Jamieson was arrested in November 2016, five months after the administrators of an internet chat room service reported a user had uploaded an image of child pornography. Police ultimately identified the user's IP address and executed a search warrant at Jamieson's Winnipeg home.
Arresting officers immediately found child pornography on a computer in the house. During a subsequent forensic examination of the computer, police found communications and video on Skype involving Jamieson and a then-unknown male who appeared to be sexually abusing a child in his care.
Jamieson posed as a woman during the Skype text chats and sent the U.S. man pictures of a naked woman, claiming they were pictures of him. In text extracts from October 2016, the two men described themselves as pedophiles and discussed how they would abuse the boy.
At Jamieson's direction, the other man molested the boy. The man live-streamed the abuse.
Pollack said he did not accept Jamieson's claim in a pre-sentence report that he was unaware the other man was recording the abuse.
Questioned by police, Jamieson refused to disclose anything he knew about the other man or his whereabouts.
In June, U.S. authorities tracked the man to Las Vegas where he was arrested and the boy was rescued.

A CHILDMINDER who repeatedly abused a 10-year-old girl in his care has been jailed for two years and eight months.
In the years leading up to the offending Clifford Pilley had twice been investigated for his computer use but never prosecuted after nothing could be proved.
And after the 55-year-old was arrested for molesting the little girl he was also found to have hundreds of indecent images of children stored on his desktop computer.
Tara Wolfe, prosecuting, told Swindon Crown Court Pilley’s wife Tina was a registered childminder in Swindon and he worked for her.
In May last year she said a mother collected her daughter from the couple and wondered why she had £2 in 50p pieces with her.
When she asked the girl where she got it from she replied the defendant had given her the money and told her not to tell Tina.
The girl looked uncomfortable when asked why he had done that saying she feared she would be in trouble and revealed he had ‘been saying rude things to her’.
And she also told her mum he had been kissing her and touching her bare chest when his wife was in the shower.
Pilley also that she was sexy.
She said that he had given her money so that she would not tell anyone about what had been going on.
After he was arrested he said that officers would find nothing untoward on the computer he kept in his office at home.
But when it was analysed it not only had hundreds of images and cartoons of child abuse, as well as bestiality, but it was found he had put vile terms in search engines to hunt for the material.
Pilley, of Home Farm, Highworth, admitted two counts of sexual assault of a child and possessing indecent images, pseudo images and extreme pornography.
In 2008 search terms showing an interest in pre-teen girls had been found on his computer but no images were found and another man had access to the machine.
About two years later he was again investigated but not proceeded against.
Richard Williams, defending, said his client suffered from adjustment disorder, self-harmed and had twice attempted suicide.
He said he had served in the Forces for a long period before working with his wife and was extremely remorseful for what he had done.
After his arrest he said Pilley and his wife, who is standing by him, closed the business and sold their house.
Jailing Pilley, Judge Robert Pawson also imposed a sexual harm prevention order which will last for life and told him to register as a sex offender for life.
An NSPCC spokesperson for South West England said: “Pilley’s disgraceful behaviour was carried out with no regard for the consequences his actions would inevitably have on his victim.
Sexual abuse can ruin childhoods and this young girl must be given all available help and support to recover.
The NSPCC’s Letting the Future In programme works directly with children who have been sexually abused. We also visit hundreds of primary schools every year with our Speak Out Stay Safe service to teach children about what abuse is and who they can turn to for help if it is happening to them.”
Any adult worried about a child can contact the NSPCC Helpline on 0808 800 5000 or email help@nspcc.org.uk. Help for children and young people is available from Childline either online or on 0800 1111.

Man who repeatedly abused girl, 10, jailed 21st December 2017

FAIRBANKS — A Fairbanks woman who helped her boyfriend sexually abuse children and produce child pornography was sentenced in federal court to 22 years in prison.
According to court documents, Charity Noel Germain and Christopher Duane Davis were arrested Feb. 23 after an investigation showed Davis distributed images and video of the abuse through the internet from July 2015 to February 2017.
The abuse came to light after Davis created a profile on a photo-sharing site known to host images of child pornography.
An undercover agent working with the Australian government began corresponding with Davis and eventually asked him if he had any “hands on” images. Davis responded, “Well, my hands on stuff is limited because I don’t get as much play time as I used to.”
Davis also told the undercover agent, “Well, my girl is super into it and most of the ones we play with are our friends when she babysits, so we just do what we can with what time we have,” according to a sentencing memorandum prepared by Assistant U.S. Attorney Kyle Reardon.
Germain actively participated in the abuse and in one video can be heard sounding “excited and giddy” as she helps Davis abuse an infant, according to the memorandum.
The five victims ranged in ages from infant to almost 12.
Alaska law enforcement obtained a search warrant for Davis’ emails and computer and found multiple files showing the victims engaging in explicit sexual conduct with Davis and Germain. Both Davis and Germain were indicted on four counts of producing child pornography. Davis also was charged with two counts each of distributing and transporting child pornography.
Germain pleaded guilty in April to one count of conspiring to produce child pornography. The terms of her plea agreement dictated her prison term would fall within the statutory guidelines of 15 to 30 years in prison and five years to a lifetime of supervised release. She was formerly sentenced Friday morning to 264 months in prison and a lifetime of supervised release. The rest of her charges were dismissed.
Reardon’s sentencing memorandum asked U.S. District Judge Ralph Beistline to sentence Germain to 270 months, citing the need to balance “the nature and circumstances of the defendant’s conduct with her history and characteristics.”
Germain was herself a victim of childhood sexual abuse, according to Reardon, and her willingness to participate with the abuse of the five victims highlighted her “depravity.”
Instead of protecting the children that had been placed in her care, the defendant chose to participate in the victimization of them in the most reprehensible way,” Reardon stated.
The impact on the victims is made worse by the fact the pornography was distributed through the internet and can never be completely removed, Reardon said. The victim of one of the most popular and frequently traded series of images and videos told prosecutors she lives “every day with the horrible knowledge that someone somewhere is watching the most terrifying moments of my life and taking grotesque pleasure in them.”
The victim also said she feels “exploited again” and that her “privacy is breached and my life feels less and less safe” every time the images are downloaded, the memorandum states.
Davis pleaded guilty in November to one count of producing child pornography and one count of distributing child pornography. He will be formally sentenced Feb. 2.
